Toohey, who did not appear, was ordered to pay \V. H. Stephens (Mr Cooper) the sum of £6 11s, in default seven days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended so long as debtor pays £1 per month. M. Lovell was ordered to pay H. Burrows (Mr Rodgers) the sum of £4 17s forthwith, in default five days’ imprisonment. M. Lynch was ordered to pay D. P. Barrett (Mr Rodgers) the sum of £8 11s forthwith, in default seven days’ imprisonment. b. Havill was ordered to pay J. H. Duncan (Mr Abraham) the sum of £2 18s forthwith, in default three days’ imprisonment.
