MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
Albert George Purdio was charged in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday, before Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., with forging a signature as an endorsement to a cheque for £3 13s Bd. Mr Laurenson appeared for accused, who was remanded to appear again on August 26. An application for the suppression of his name was refused.
