PLIGHT OF N.S.W. TOWN. MANY HOMES INUNDATED. Received August 6, 10.0 a.m. SYDNEY, Aug. 6. Both the southern and northern ends of Wentworth are now inundated as a result of a huge wall of water sweeping across the settlement of Curlwaa into the town. Practically the whole of the town is surrounded by walls of sandbags, and the levees are being constantly patrolled. The hospital is still in great danger. Hundreds of homes are inundated.
