THE OAMARU SEAT. OAMARU, Aug. I.' Mr E. P. Lee, who was Minister of Justice in the last Massey Cabinet, and who was selected some time ago by the Reform executive to contest the Oam aru seat at the coming general election, has now informed the committee that he will not seek nomination. Reform delegates will now make a further selection.
