BOXING.
GREYMOTJTH ASSOCIATION. Per Press Association. GREYMOIJTH, July 22. The Greymouth Boxing Association, at a meeting last evening, chose the following to compete in the amateur boxing championships: Bantam, J. Cowan; middleweight, T. Croft j lightheavy, H. Lister. It was decided to support a Whangarei remit to the conference, that the payment of professionals be by a percentage of the takings rather than fixed purses.
