CANTERBURY RUGBY LEAGUE.

Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, July 21. The Canterbury Rugby League has decided to relinquish Monica Park, which has been the headquarters of the League code for many years. Arrangements have been completed by. Mr C. A. Snedden. chairman of the Netv Zealand Football League, who states that the sole reason for abandoning Monica Park is that the ground has proved a financial burden to the League.
