FOXTON SIDE SCHOOL.

TO REMAIN OPEN. Replying to Air J. A. Nash, AI.P., who urged that the Wharangi (Foxton) side school should be kept open tho Alinister of Education states that his department has been in communication with the AVanganui Education Board regarding the matter. The board has advised the Minister that it has given the proposal careful consideration and has decided to take no further action at present with regard to the closing of the school.
