SUSPENSIONS REPORTED. NEWSPAPER’S STATEMENT. Received July 2, 10.0 a.m. LONDON, July 1. The Daily Mail says: “Twenty-one members of the London Metropolitan Police Force have been suspended from duty as the result of an inquiry into allegations of bribery and corruption against officers employed in the West End. “This is the biggest suspension in the history of the force.”
