GOVERNOR-GENERAL’S ADVICE
Per Press Association. GISBORNE, June 18. The Vice-Regal party on 1 arrival at Te Ivaraka was welcomed by the settlers. His Excellency, in tendering advice to the farmers, suggested that they keep a smiling face during the bad times for it was certain that things would improve before long. The party reached town at 1 p.m.,' and a civic reception was held this afternoon.
