Reginald James Mackie, aged 32, i jockey, and Leonard Norman Williams, aged 36, each pleaded guilty to-day to being intoxicated while, in charge of motor cars and were each fined £2O and had their driving licenses cancelled, Mackie for six months and Williams for twelve.
