FLIGHT TO TOKIO.
FRENCH AIRMEN DETAINED. Received March 21, 8.30 a.m. TOKIO, March 20. The two French airmen who are flying from Paris to Tokio have been detained at Seoul, the capital of Corea, and so far have not been permitted to complete the flight. The authorities declare that the aviators have committed a breach of the regulations.
