OPTICIANS’ CONFERENCE.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Feb. 24. The annual conference of the Institute of Opticians opened to-day. About thirty delegates are present from all parts of the Dominion, to whom a welcome was extended by the Mayor. The presidential address wqs delivered by Mr E. A. Sargent.
