COLONIAL SERVICES.

(British Offical Wireless.) Received February 21, 8.5 a.m. RtJGBY, Feb. 20. In the House of Commons to-day the Supplementary Estimates for the Colonial Services were discussed. They included the sum of £14,000 for Dominica on account of damage suffered from a hurricane, and grants and loans amounting to £300,000 in connection with a comprehensive development scheme in the sugar colonies, which i.s being undertaken as a consequence of the serious depression.
