NOVEL APPLICATION.

GERMAN JUDGE BAFFLED. Received February 20, 1.0 p.m. BERLIN, Feb. 19. “It will require King Solomon to decide this,” said the Judge in the Court at Gladbach when adjourning a father’s application that the Court decide whether his wife brought home the right baby boy from a nursing home, the mother alleging that the nurses mixed up the babies after bathing operations. Blood tests made by the famous Professor Berg tended to show that the mother got her own boy, but the celebrated orthopaedist, Herr Kadcr, took a contrary view, holding that the boy did not possess teeth and jaw similarities of either parent, as he should.
