RAILWAY DEVELOPMENT.

The Great Western Railway has undertaken a big programme of developments, including a £1,000,000 scheme for improving and enlarging Paddington Station, and the construction of £1,200,000 worth of locomotives and rolling stock, to be built at Swindon. The whole programme will involve £B,500,000 and many different industries will benefit.
