MYSTERIOUS DEATH
RUSSIAN DIPLOMAT’S END. ROME. Dec. 6. A mystery has arisen concerning Eugino Leatin, First Secretary of the Russian Embassy, who was found dead at the Embassy. The Embassy refuses to give a statement. The first theory was suicide for family reasons, but it is thought possible his disposal was desired because he had many friends among the White Russian Society. Another theory connects the death with his rumoured association with Communist movements in Italy.
