Per Press t Association. ‘ 'AUCKLAND, Dec. 5. After final payment? the following remain in the Great,.Northern' Trotting Derby, 1930, of 1000 50v.5.. second'2oo, third 100. One mile and a half.—Kewpic’s Triumph, Chenaway, Rawhitiroa, Red Shadow, Arethusa, Flying Cloud, Worthy Chief, Great Faun.

FROM STABLE AND COURSE,

(By “Binocular:.”)

Racing at Woodville on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Millimetre (Solferino —Mazabuka), who was at one time locally owned, won tho second division of the 14.1 Handicap at the Rosebery Cup meeting on November 22.

' At the Gosford meeting on November 25 the two-year-old Tea Tray—Viccrine filly Plateau, who is a half-sister to Gold Tinge, won the. open sprint. Ti Tree has apparently struck form again for she registered an attractive victory in the Ngataringa Handicap at Takapuna on the second day. Further stake money should come her way. There was good support for Gay Idea at the Takapuna meeting. Gay Idea is a three-year-old filly by Paper Money or Kilbroney from Dancing Doll, being thus closely related to” the Awapuni filly, La Poupee. Red Lion is stated to have had every chance in tho Stanley Handicap at Takapuna last Monday. The Solferino—Red Rose gelding originally cost 1025. guineas, but he has only one small racdf to his credit.

Royal Tea is spoken of as one likely to be heard from in the near future. The Tea Tray—Duchess Eudorus gelding was second in each of his two starts in the open sprints at Takapuna. Camp Princess, who is a well-bred filly by Thespian—Queen of the Earth, followed up her second at the Whangarei meeting with a similar placing at Takapuna. She promises' to develop into a useful galloper.

Manawhenua, -who ran second' in the Ponui Handicap and then won the Pupuke Handicap at Takapuna, is by Acre —Country Picnic, being thus a haJf-brother to Hoariri and Taneriri. Like the latter pair, he carries the colours of owner-trainer H. Rama.

The racehorse Full Measure is returning to Auckland from Sydney on the Uliamroa, which sailed yesterday.
