The present regulations were considered to be satisfactory. Allegations of larrikinism at North Street Park were made at last evening’s meeting of the City Council, when it was stated that windows had been broken in the grandstand, in addition to other acts of vandalism. Similar complaints had been made with reference to other parks, particularly Terrace End. It was hoped that there would not be a recurrence of the trouble.
