RUNAWAY BOYS.

NEW PLYMOUTH, Nov. 17

Two young boys who had run away from tiieir homes in the Manawatu were arrested in Hawera, and remanded to Palmerston North.

After travelling all night on a goods train, hidden in a sedan car, consigned bv rail to Hawera, the boys were observed by a railway official flashing torches up the alleyway of an hotel late at night, and he informed the police.
