ALLEGED BREAKING AND ENTERING.

NAPIER, Sept. 22. Early yesterday morning four men, Ronald' Hugh Mclntosh, Alan Arthur Mclntosh. James Cameron and Frederick Quinn, were arrested by Napier police on the Westshore embankment. This .was the sequel .to the alleged attempted breaking, and ‘entering at Waipukurau, They .were later charged with being rogues and vagabonds, and with being in possession of a firearm with felonious intent. Bail was fixed for a total of £3OOO. The men were. remanded to October 1.
