EIGHTEEN PEOPLE ARRESTED.
Received September 22, 11.0 a.m. VATICAN CITY, Sept. 21. Cat burglars climbed the facade of the Lateran Palace and stole antiques from the hall where the Lateran Treaty was signed. < Eighteen arrests have been made of persons accused of complicity.
