ROUMANIAN CRISIS.
CABINET MAY RESIGN. DIFFERENCES AYITH CAROL. Received August 12, 10.5 a.m. BUCHAREST, Aug. 10. It is believed that the resignation of the Cabinet is imminent owing to differences between King Carol and Dr. Mania over the coronation. The King wants the coronation fixed for September 21, while Dr. Maniu contends that it must be preceded by the annulment of Queen Helen’s divorce.
