DUCHESS OF YORK

VISIT FROM THEIR MAJESTIES. LONDON, Aug. 11. A correspondent of the News-Chron-icle states that the King and Queen intend to visit Glamis Castle toward the end of the month to see the Duchess of York. The Prince of Wales and the Duke of Gloucester are also expected. Tlieir Majesties will go to Balmoral on August H 3, and probably they will motor across the fifty miles of beautiful highland country to Glamis Castle. This will he the King’s first visit. It will be the first occasion on which a monarch has stayed at Glamis since the castle ceased to be a Boyal hunting box in mediaeval days.
