VESSEL AND MEN SAFE. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Aug. 11. The launch Nicioa is safe. News reached the police to-night that the launch had put into a bay near Clevedon and that Alec, and Ken McCallum wdre safe. It was reported yesterday that tho 36-foot launch Nicioa with two brothers, _ Aloe and Kon McCallum, aboard was missing. Tho launch, which was leased by the men for a fishing excursion, left Kaiaua, near Clovedon, at 4.30 o’clock last Thursday morning for Auckland to obtain fishing" gear. Tho launch should have reached Auckland the same afternoon..
