July 28. -twelve persons were injured when an electric train crashed into a platform at the Central Railway Station yesterday. Many others received minor bruises and cuts. . Most of the passengers were standing ready to leave when the mishap occurred. The failure of the brakes and the slippery rails are blamed. Beyond broken windows the train was not damaged.
