FOUR MEN INJURED.

Per Press Association. GISBORNE, July 15. Four men were injured during the progress of a series of steer-riding conteste held here to-day in honour of the visiting British Rugbv footballers. Three were admitted to Cook Hospital within fifteen minutes. . . Gerald Parker, aged 24, was injured on the foreheadj Edmond Power, aged 25, has serious stomach injuries, and Stanley Higgins, aged 19, sustained a fractured arm and dislocated elbow.
