TRADE DELEGATION.

BRITAIN TO SOUTH AFRICA. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, July 14. It is understood that the Government has decided to send a trade delegation to South Africa, under the chairmanship of Lord Kirkley, former President of the Chamber of Shipping of the United Kingdom. A statement on the subject will be made in reply to a private notice of a question in the House of Commons on Monday.
