VICTORIA (8.C.), Juno 22. “World peace can never be assailed with Britain, the United States and Japan standing together,” said Prince Iyesato Tokugawa, President of the Japanese House of Peers, who arrived here on Saturday by the Empress of Russia. “With these three nations welded together by friendship, the peace of the world can be maintained,” he added. “Japan desires to be friendly with other countries, and has always been to tho forefront in the endeavours to bring about international unity.”
