The applicants were Frances Lawson Stephens, widow, Olga Elizabeth Stephens, spinster, and Basil Ridg''*ay Apiti Stephens, labourer, all of Awahuri and the defendant John rxlward Barltrop, a trustee of the will * a 0 , Henry Herbert Stephens, of Awahuri. After bearing evidence His Honour reserved his decision. Mr Cuilinane, of h eliding, appeared for plaintiffs.
