WRESTLING.

INDIAN CARRIED FROM RING. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, May 13. After being felled heavily by his opponent at the beginning of the fourth round, Ramzan Khan, the Indian wrestler, who met George Walker in a match at the Town Hall this evening, had to be carried from the ring with a badly sprained left ankle. He was sent to the hospital, where ail X-ray photograph will be taken. When Khan fell and lay on the mat in pain, Walker rushed in and pinned him for the first fall of the match. The three preceding rounds had been an excellent exhibition, with AValker mainly on the attack and the Indian putting up a marvellous defence. After the mishap the bout was awarded to Walker, who carried his injured opponent from the ring amidst applause. The Town Hall was packed and the audience were pleased with the good display that the two put up before Khan was disabled. His ankle had begun to trouble him at the end of the third round.
