FRACTIOUS HORSES. BOARD’S DECISION. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, May 9. At a meeting of tho board of the New Zealand Trotting Association, today, a stipendiary steward suggested that Vecto and Silverwood. owned by Mr F. W. Johnstone, be place on the schooling list. In the Renown Handicap at Forbury, Vecto had been very fractious, holding up the start and interfering with tho prospects of several horses. The association decided to suggest to tho owner that the horses bo withdrawn from to-morrow’ events, and that if started the club bo asked to place them on tho outside of tho field.
