The Rosco store announoes the special engagement of Simon Philipoff, famous Russian Balalaika player, prior to his departure for America, where he is under contract to record for the talkies. Simon Philipoff has just arrived from Australia, where his recitals have evoked wonderful praise from the press and music-loving public.
