EUCHARISTIC CONGRESS.
RECEPTION TO PAPAL LEGATE. TUNIS, Dlay 8. The pageantry of Romo challenged the glamour of the East at a reception arranged in honour of Cardinal Lo Picier. the Papal Legate, and marking the opening of tire Eucharistic Congress. The procession was headed by ten cardinals and 120 bishops, who were greeted by Government and military officials in Cathedral Square.
