HANCOCK DEFEATS TROWERN. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, April 15. A professional contest of 15* rounds between Wally Hancock (Australia) 10.3 i and Reg. Trowern (N.Z.) 10.1£, attracted about 2000 people to the Town Hall to-night. The bout went the full distance, Hancock getting the verdict. Trowern appeared to have a comfortable margin of points, and the decision met with a hostile reception from a big majority of the spectators. GRIME AND DONOVAN TO MEET’ Per Press Association. HAWERA, April 15. The Hawera Boxing'Association has finalised arrangements for a 15-rounds bout between Tommy Donovan and W. Grime (Australia) at Hawera, on April 24. Mr Earle Stewart, of Wellington,, will be requested to act tas referee.
