GREYCLIFFE DISASTER.

FURTHER LITIGATION. SYDNEY, April 14. Further litigation concerning the Greycliffe disaster was mentioned in the Admiralty Court to-day; when it was announced that the Union Steam Ship Company, as well as Sydney Ferries, Limited, were appealing against the judgment of Mr Justice Halse Rogefs. An order was made that both sides should be ready to proceed within twenty-eight days.

Mr Justice 'Halse Rogers, in his judgment in the claim of Sydney Ferries, Limited, against the Union Company, held that both vessels were guilty of negligence. He apportioned the negligence in the ratio of three-fifths against the Greycliffe and two-fifths against the Tahiti, and held that the 'plaintiffs were entitled to recover twofifths of their loss.
