THROWN FROM HORSE.
GIRL SERIOUSLY INJURED. Per Press Association. NAPIER, April 10. Shiela, tho twelve-year-old daughter of Mr W. Cuthbert, o( Waipukur.au, suffered a severe head injury when she was thrown from a horse this afternoon. The girl was taking the horse across a footpath to enter a gate when the animal stumbled, throwing her, head now, on the concrete pavement. She is now in a serious condition in Waipukurau Hospital.
