NAVAL CONFERENCE
JAPANESE DISAPPOINTED. REQUEST FOR AIR EXPANSION. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received April 7, 1.50 p.m. TOKIO, April 6. Because they are disappointed at not being able to secure their demands at tho Naval Conference the naval experts are now demanding the expansion of tho air service. They propose the creation of a further ten aviation corps, for which they request the Government to allot the major portion of the money saved by not budding battleships.
