£5 per annum. The surrender and new leases shall take effect from the Ist day of May, 1930. The said new leases shall each contain the following provisions, i terms and conditions, that is to say:— (a) The term of each new lease.shall he unexpired portion of the existing term contained in the said Memorandum of Lease Registered Number 16165. (b) Similar provisions to those contained or implied, in the said Memorandum of Lease Registered Number 16165.
