Received April 4, 12.30 p.m. CANBERRA, April 4. The list of goods the importation which will be prohibited will he announced to-day. The sections to which partial prohibition and 50 per cent increase of duties apply include motorcycles and frames of motor-cars and chassis. The new rates do not apply to goods in bond or shipped from an oversea port before to-day.
