MINISTRY SURVIVING. BERLIN, April 4. The risk of a dissolution of the Reichstag lias been averted. Dr. Bruening, the Prime Minister, to-day survived a Socialist no-confidence motion. This was due to the Nationalists’ eleventh-hour support on a Government motion to assist the agricultural industry, which is in a depressed state. There was a Socialist outburst against Dr. Hugenbury, chairman of the party, when ho announced the decision of the Nationalists.
