MEMORIALS UNVEILED.

LADY NGATA AND SON. Per Press Association. GISBORNE, March 10. A large gathering at Waiomatatini, 93 miles north from Gisborne, yesterday, witnessed the unveiling of the memorial to Lady Ngata, the ceremony being performed by Hon. G. W. Forbes, and also a memorial to Air Makarmi Ngata, a son of the Native Minister, which was unveiled by Hon. K. S. Williams, AI.P. Mr Forbes, after attending the native functions at Waiomatatini, visited Te Araroa to-day and expected to return to Gisborne to-night.
