NEW ZEALAND REPRESENTATIVE. (By Telegraph —Special to Standard.) WELLINGTON, Feb. 25. The selection of a delegate representing the New Zealand trade unions at the International Labour Conference at Geneva in June involves an election, following the procedure adopted for the appointment of an Arbitration Court assessor. There were nine nominations from the unions, but one, Mr Walter Nash, M.P., is not available for election. Hon. W. Veitch, Minister for Labour has given instructions for the ballot to be taken, closing March 12.
