RIFLE SHOOTING

PICKERING CUP FINAL. The final shoot for tiro Pickering Cup was fired by both Wednesday and Saturday sections of tire Linton Rifle Club last week, a tricky wind prevailing on both days. Elevation troubles owing to tho bright light were also very noticeable on Saturday. F. W. Cox again topped the scores for the week his consistency over tho three shoots making him the winner of the Pickering Cup with the handsome margin of six points. Following are the scores for the week:
