PAYMENTS TO DATE. COMPARISON OF FIGURES. Rates coUectible by the Palmerston North Borough Council for the current year amount to £79,898. Of this sum £30,325 had been paid on 'November 12 leaving £49,573 yet to be coliected for municipal administration. The amount paid in the correspondmg period of last vear was £34,040 which was £3715 in advance of this year’s figures. •
