GAMING HOUSE.

Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Nov. 13. Martin Joseph O’Connor, aged 32, an agent, was fined £25 in the Magistrate's Court on a charge of keeping a common gaming house in the Union Buildings, Customs Street. The police said that accused had evidently been carrying on the business of a bookmaker in a small way for some time. Betting material was found in his room and he was in possession of £ls when arrested. Two meh were each fined £2 for being found unlawfully on the premises occupied by O’Connor.
