VOLCANIC ERUPTION.
DISASTER AT SANTA MARIA. Received November 7, 9.5 a.m. GUATEMALA CITY, Nov. 5. It is estimated that about 300 have been killed and 200 injured by the volcanic eruption at Santa Maria, which is continuing with renewed fury. Early on Tuesday fifty bodies had been recovered. Many who died are believed to have been cremated by the molten rock.
