MYSTERIOUS MURDERS.

GERMAN “JACK THE RIPPER.” BERLIN, Nov. 5. Despite the efforts of troops, police and detectives, who have been hunting Dusseldorf high and low, the mystenoub murderer known- as “Jack the Ripper” has claimed another victim. A young woman who was walking along a lonely lane was lassooed from behind. A man sprang at her, flourished a dagger, then produced a hammer and struck her several blows. There is no doubt that the present outrage, the nineteenth since the outbreak in April, is the work of the same man, because it occurred _at the identical spot, and the same methods were employed as in the first of the murder series. In every case the , murderer has been able to escape without leaving a clue.
