LOAN “MYSTERY.”

ALLEGATIONS REFUTED. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Oct. 13. While speaking at the opening of the Auckland Dranch of the Junior Reform League, Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates, Leader of the Opposition, said that there had been childish attempts at criticism of the Reform Party, such as over the loan “mystery.” It was stated by the Prime Minister that he had been prevented by the Reform Party from approaching the London market for two years. This was an incorrect statement with no semblance of justification. It would be further dealt with before Parliament concluded.
