The Government has given perrai*sion for Professor Oberth to use a lonely spot on the East Coast from which to fire an experimental rooket 30 miles into the sky. The rocket is fitted with astronomical instrument*, and will come down by parachute when the propelling charges are Dr. Oberth is confident that he will get important data by tho construction of a long-distance rocket.
