GOLF. (Special to “Standard.”) FEILDING, Sept. 12. The following teams will represent Feilding against Palmerston North in a golf match to be played over the week-end:— A team, at Palmerston North.; — Stitchbury, Carmine, Graham, Fair, Salmond, Seifert, Giesen, N. C. Harding, Pettigrew, Tingey, McDonald and McCorkindale. B team, at Feilding.—Dixon, Foster, It. Harding, Short, Say well, JS. Burrell, Hangar, Billing, Hassall, Burton, Maguire and Thompson. Play in botli matches will be commenced at 9.30 a.m. and players are requested to be at the Club House by that hour. MUSIC EXAMINATIONS. ■The results of the Trinity College music examinations in Feilding last June wero as follow:—Miss Garrett’s pupils: Joan Pearson, preparatory, 90 marks. Mr and Mrs Golding’s pupils: Miss Martin, final A.T.C.L.; Miss Rodgers, intermediate, 89 (honours). Junior division: James Bennett, 92 (honours), Hestia Fairweather 91 (honours), Daphne Bennett 80 (honours), Yvonne Bennett 73, Neil Kirk 7G. Preparatory division: William Rosonian, 94.
